help-me-when-I-cry friends,
friends who like to push me on the swings.
Silly friends, mad friends,
happy friends and sad friends,
friends who bring me lots of lovely things.
Jumping friends, clapping friends,
singing, rhyming, rapping friends,
friends who like to chase me in the park.
Naughty friends, caring friends,
generous and sharing friends,
friends who tell me stories after dark.
Big friends, small friends,
tiny friends and tall friends,
Alice, Evie, Ahmed, Raj and Sam.
Old friends, new friends,
stick-to-me-like-glue friends,
friends who like me just the way I am.
